Shipping Information

We know it is important that you receive your order quickly and we always make fast shipping a priority.

Most orders paid by credit card or Paypal ship within 48 hours, and often sooner, depending on the time of day your order is placed. Orders paid by Check or Paypal e-Checks may delay shipping for 3-7 business days to allow payment to clear.

We offer UPS Ground and 2nd Day Air, and USPS Parcel Post. Expedited shipping by UPS is also available. We can also ship by FedEx, contact us for rates.

Upon checkout, you will be able to choose from shipping options and view the estimated cost for your zip code for each option prior to completing your order. Final shipping cost for your specific address will be displayed for the shipping option you choose when you review your order prior to submitting it.

Approximate Shipping Times:

Delivery times vary according to delivery destination. Our shopping cart will show you an estimated in-transit time for your location. This is the estimated time it takes for delivery from the time we hand the package over to the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing and packaging in addition to the in-transit shipping time.

As a guideline, the following shipping transit times are provided for the continental United States. Some addresses may require additional time such as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

UPS Ground - 3-6 business days
UPS 2nd Day - 2 business days
USPS Parcel Post - 2-7 business days
FedEx Ground or Home Delivery - 3-6 business days

Some larger items may limit shipping methods or destinations. We will contact you by email or phone should any such issues arise.
Some items cannot be shipped by air such as aerosols. These items will be indicated by a note on the product detail page. Please specify a ground shipping method (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or Home Delivery or USPS Parcel Post) at checkout.

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, an item may be out of stock at the time you place your order. Should a delay occur we will contact you promptly by email or phone and let you know when we expect it to arrive. If the delay is acceptable to you, we will ship promptly when the item is back in stock. If you have multiple items on your order and only part of your order is delayed, we will ship the in-stock items promptly and will ship the remaining items to you separately once they are available.


Tracking Your Shipment:

We will notify you when your package has been shipped and provide a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. If you signed in or created a login when your order was placed, you may also check your order status online.

For UPS and FedEx, you may visit the UPS or FedEx website and enter the tracking number to view the progress of your shipment and see an estimated shipping date. Please note that USPS delivery confirmation does not update the status of the package during shipment, it only shows either a shipped or delivered status. If you would like to be able to view the progress while the package is in transit, please choose UPS or FedEx shipping at checkout.
