Ordering & Payment Information
We want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible so here is some information to get you started.
Payment Methods:
We can accept the following methods of payment for U.S. orders:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Discover
- Paypal (Requires Confirmed Address)
- Google Checkout
- Checks
- USPS Postal Money Orders (no regular or bank money orders)
When using a credit card, please make sure your billing name and billing address match your credit card statement.
Paypal payments must be initiated through our shopping cart checkout process only. Please assure your requested shipping address is the same as your Paypal Confirmed Shipping Address, as we are only able to ship to Confirmed Addresses. Sales Tax:
Orders shipped to addresses within Florida will reflect 7% sales tax on the total of the order including shipping.
Order Verification:
We may occasionally contact our customers to verify order information and recommend providing a daytime and evening phone number in addition to your email address to avoid delays in processing your order.
International Orders:
We currently ship internationally to Canada, U.K. and Australia addresses. We can accept international credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), Payal and International Postal Money Orders. For credit card payments your billing and shipping address must match your credit card billing address. For Paypal payments, your shipping address must be a Paypal Confirmed Shipping Address - we cannot ship to unconfirmed addresses. For more details, please click here to see our Paypal Tips. Please note that money orders must be the International Postal type and are pink in color. International Postal Money Orders may not be available for purchase in all countries. We are unable to accept other types of money orders or checks for international purchases.
Some items may not be able to ship to International locations due to size or weight limitations or due to manufacturer limitations or governmental restrictions. If the item cannot be shipped outside the U.S. due to a manufacturer limitation or governmental restriction, we will note it on the product detail page. If you have placed an order for an item that is eligible to ship to your location, we will contact you by email to resolve the issue.
Customers are responsible for all customs charges, import duties, taxes or other fees that may be imposed. The actual value of the shipment will be noted on custom forms. Auburn Pet Supply is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearing or other import difficulties.
We hope to be able to expand to ship to other countries soon. Check back and we will post any updates here as they occur.
How to place an order:
- Locate the item(s) you wish to purchase using the categories listing at the left side of the screen or the search box.
- Click on the “more info” button under your desired product to view the product detail page for that item.
- Click
the “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your shopping cart. If an
item has size or color choices, select your choices from the drop down
boxes and the “Add to Cart” button will appear. For most products, the
photo will also update to show your selection.
- After
adding a product to your shopping cart, click either the “Continue
Shopping” button to view or add more items to your shopping cart, or
click the “Checkout” button if you are finished shopping.
- You
may either login to retrieve your stored account information if you
have already established a login and password or you can create a new
login at this time. You also may checkout without having to create a
login if you prefer. Creating a login or signing in will allow you to
check your order status and access other site features.
- If
you wish to pay by Paypal, click on the Paypal logo. If you wish to pay
by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Postal Money Order or Check, complete
the shipping and billing information sections. (If you have signed in,
this information will be automatically filled in for you, please verify
it is correct.) If you have selected to mail payment, please print your
order and mail it with your check or postal money order to: Auburn Pet Supply, 2 Oakwood Road, Winter
Haven FL 33880. Please make checks or money orders payable to Auburn
Pet Supply.
- Click “Place Order” to confirm and transmit your order to us. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is received.
